Product information

This brake lever for the brake drum is the small control arm located on the drum brake that activates the brake shoes as soon as you operate the brake cable. A worn or bent brake lever results in loose or uneven braking, so replacing it restores the braking performance of your drum brake.

This part fits the drum brake of the Honda MT5 (also known as MT50) and MT8. Fitting is simple: disconnect the brake cable, undo the mounting and put the new brake lever in the same position. After fitting, always check the brake cable adjustment and the play, so the drum brake bites immediately and slows you down safely again.

Honda MT5
Honda MT8
