This Polini Sport piston with a diameter of 45,4 mm and a pin diameter of 12 mm is an aftermarket replacement piston for air-cooled 2-stroke 50cc engines from Yamaha and MBK. Polini part number 204.0284.

The piston fits a wide range of classic Yamaha 50cc mopeds and light motorcycles from the 1970s to the mid-1990s: the Chappy LB 50 (1975–1995), Bop 50 (1978–1980), DT 50 M (1978–1983), DT 50 MX and DT 50 MX Automatic (1981–1995), DT 50 R Automatic (1988–1995), DT 50 RM Automatic (1996), and the RD 50 M and RD 50 MX (1979–1987). Additionally, the piston is suitable for the MBK DX 50 S (1990–1996) and MBK ZX 50 Automatic (1989–1995).

Always check the cylinder diameter of your block before installation: for worn cylinders, reboring to an oversized size is necessary. This piston is intended for the standard bore of 45,4 mm.
