The Polini Evolution Kevlar V-belt (art. no. 248.086) is a high-quality aftermarket belt with Kevlar reinforcement for large scooters with an automatic variator. With dimensions of 908x31,2 mm, this belt fits the Yamaha T-Max 530 (2012–2017), the Yamaha T-Max 560 Euro 5 (from 2020), and the Kymco AK 550 Euro4 (from 2017).
Polini Evolution belts are known for their temperature resistance and durability under high load — properties that are important for large and powerful scooters like the T-Max and AK 550. The Kevlar braiding extends the lifespan compared to a standard rubber belt.
Replace the V-belt in case of noticeable loss of slip, vibration when accelerating, or during periodic maintenance of the variator. When installing, also check the variator roller and the variator cover for wear.
