The Malossi MHR V-belt with size 1004×25.2 mm (article number 6115277) is an aftermarket drive belt for the variator of 300cc maxi scooters. The belt is designed for the Kawasaki J 300 and several Kymco 300cc models, and replaces the original belt in the variator system.
Malossi MHR belts are manufactured with tight dimensional tolerances for optimal power transmission and minimal wear. A worn or torn V-belt leads to poor acceleration, increased engine speed at a constant driving speed, and ultimately failure — replace it in time to prevent damage to the variator.
