This original Piaggio clutch segment (OEM number CM1002025) is the factory replacement for worn clutch parts in both 2-stroke and 4-stroke Piaggio scooters. The segment ensures smooth power transfer between engine and variator and is directly interchangeable without modifications.
Because it is an original part, the dimensions, friction material, and spring force are identical to the part your scooter left the factory with. This means a reliable lifespan and no risk of unwanted slip or a hard clutch due to tolerance differences.
Replacing a clutch segment is usually a job for a mechanic with the right flywheel and clutch puller, but it is quite manageable for anyone who has disassembled the variator before. When replacing, also check the other clutch springs and segments for even wear.
