This original Piaggio clutch housing (OEM number 1a004011) is the direct replacement for the clutch block of your variator system. As an original part, it meets the exact factory tolerances of the 4-stroke 3-valve engine that Piaggio and Vespa use in multiple models.
The clutch housing — also known as the clutch bell or clutch cylinder — houses the clutch elements and ensures the smooth transmission of engine power to the rear wheel. A worn clutch bell manifests itself through a vibrating start, stiff acceleration, or a grinding sound at low engine speeds.
