The Malossi clutch pressure spring with a spring rate of 3.7 is an aftermarket replacement for the clutch spring of the Yamaha T-MAX 530 and Kymco AK-550. With dimensions of 70,5 × 138 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, you replace it directly in the original position without modification.
The yellow color coding represents the spring rate (3.7 / 9.7k) — handy for quickly identifying the correct spring among multiple springs in your workshop. Malossi part number: 2914024.YO.
Before installation, check whether your T-MAX 530 or AK-550 is still equipped with the original clutch cover — the spring is designed for the standard clutch basket of both models.
