The Power Casing for Piaggio mopeds is designed for a crankshaft with a 5 mm wider valve shoulder than the original and a stroke of 43 mm or 46 mm. The set has a rotary inlet valve with interchangeable manifolds of 13 mm (supplied) and 21 mm (optional), plus additional CNC-milled connections. The kit is available in Valve and Reed versions, for cylinder kits with a bore of 43 mm and 46 mm, and is supplied with the special crankshaft and all mounting accessories. The Pinasco crankshaft is made of hardened and chrome-plated steel and is polished on the inlet side. Pinasco has modified the spoke pattern of the drive shaft to prevent fatigue fracture and replaced the original bearing with a special Pinasco bearing, which is included in the kit.
