This cylinder stud set contains four studs with M8 threads and a length of 150 mm, for mounting the cylinder on your KS125, Gilera Runner 180cc, Piaggio Skipper 125cc or Piaggio Typhoon 125cc.
The studs secure the cylinder head to the engine and maintain the correct clamping force on the gasket — an essential part when overhauling the cylinder or replacing the head gasket. Piaggio part number Z314-01.115, cross-reference number Zündapp Z100.01.115.
Check the sealing gasket during assembly and replace it if necessary to ensure a proper seal and maintain compression.
