Product information

Replace the rear brake cable on your Kymco DJ or Vision Met-in with this DMP rear brake cable. DMP is an established aftermarket manufacturer of scooter and moped parts, and this cable was developed specifically for the Kymco DJ and Vision Met-in.

The rear brake cable connects the brake lever to the rear brake drum. If the cable is stretched, frayed, or broken, the rear brake responds more slowly or stops working altogether — a direct safety risk. Replace the cable in time for reliable braking.

Installation: remove the old cable, attach the new one to the brake lever and the brake drum, and adjust the cable tension so that the brake engages properly without rubbing.
