This Euro-b CDI rev limiter with remote control (Euro-4, RST 2.0) is intended for Euro-4 scooters with a 4T-3V i-get engine, such as the Piaggio Zip 4T, Vespa Primavera and Vespa Sprint. It is adjustable using the remote control, so no adjustment screw is needed.
Fit the adapter between the original light moped or moped ECU and the wiring loom. Use the plus and minus buttons to set the restricted speed between 0 and 55 km/h: plus increases the speed, minus reduces it. Press both buttons together to ride unrestricted, at a speed between 50 and 65 km/h. Switch the ignition off and on again, even while riding, and the scooter is restricted again without the engine having to stop. The scooter cannot be made to go faster without the remote control. It is suitable for 4T-3V i-get 25 and 45 Vespa Sprint and Primavera, Piaggio Zip and Liberty S Euro 4. On Euro 3, use it with a Sprint E4 light moped or moped ECU.
Recommendation: 6,5 gram roller weights and a smooth bush. A larger air intake tube is needed for higher speeds, including on a Euro 4 moped.
