Product information

This 47mm Gilardoni piston is suitable for the well-known Gilardoni / Italkit 74cc cylinder kit on the Puch moped. With a B-tolerance of 46,97mm and a gudgeon pin diameter of 12mm, the piston fits precisely in the cylinder.

The B tolerance gives slightly more clearance than size A and is the standard version for the Gilardoni 47mm cylinder kit. Always pair this piston with the matching cylinder, circlips and gasket for a proper seal. Make sure the gudgeon pin is correctly orientated during fitting and check the engine capacity after installation — 47mm gives you 74cc.

Fits the Puch Condor, Puch Maxi and Puch Monza. Gilardoni is also known as Italkit; both names refer to the same Italian manufacturer of performance cylinders for classic mopeds.
