Product information
This 70cc cylinder with head replaces the original 50cc unit on mopeds and scooters with a Minarelli vertical 2-stroke engine block. With a bore of Ø 47,00 mm and a piston pin of ø10 mm, the cylinder connects directly to the existing crankcase. The oval exhaust port and five transfer ports ensure efficient gas exchange with the increased displacement volume.
The cylinder is air-cooled and is supplied including the cylinder head. The larger cylinder volume of 70cc gives the engine more torque at lower RPMs, which improves drivability in city traffic. Always check the condition of the existing crankshaft, piston pin, and bearings before installation.
