Product information

The Athena Super Therm Breed is a 50cc cylinder with a 39mm bore for Zündapp mopeds, made of aluminium with a Nikasil coating. Nikasil (nickel silicon carbide) is a hard ceramic lining that makes the cylinder wall wear-resistant and ensures excellent heat dissipation.

The cylinder features four transfer ports for optimal gas flow and is supplied as a complete kit including cylinder head, piston with piston pin and piston rings, and the necessary gaskets. The 39mm bore falls in the wide version, the standard size for the 50cc class on Zündapp engines.

Installation requires no modifications to the engine casing.
