Product information

The Qibbel stem adapter 1 1/4 inch is the smart solution for modern (e-)bikes with the cables routed inside the stem. The adapter is suitable exclusively for the Qibbel Air front child seat, is supplied on a card and is best fitted by a bike mechanic or an authorised Qibbel dealer. For safe fitting, Qibbel advises always having the stem adapter installed by a bike mechanic or an authorised Qibbel dealer. Depending on the bike, extra parts may be needed, such as an Ahead spacer or an M6 extension piece. These are sold separately. Always check that the base plate does not touch the frame and that the cables run neatly through the cable guide. After fitting, the handlebar must still move smoothly. Please note: tools and any extra parts are not supplied.
