Hydraulic brakes provide more direct and powerful braking performance compared to mechanical cable systems. The V8/V20 designation refers to the type of hydraulic brake head common on fat bikes with wide tires and robust frames. Before installation, check whether your fat bike has the V8 or V20 connection type.

Ideal as a replacement set in case of wear or damage to the existing braking system, or as an upgrade from a mechanical to a hydraulic braking system.
