This Jasil variator roller set (made in EU) is intended as a replacement for the original rollers in the variator of Yamaha Minarelli engines. Weighing 6,0 grams and measuring 15x12mm, the set fits precisely into the variator disc, directly determining the pulling power and acceleration of your moped or scooter.

Roller weight has a direct influence on handling: lighter rollers provide power sooner and faster acceleration at low speeds; heavier rollers shift the torque point to a higher RPM. At 6,0 grams, you are within the standard range for most Minarelli applications. Worn or oval rollers cause vibrations and irregular shifting — always replace them as a set.
