The 3,0-gram Jasil variator roller set replaces your worn variator rollers quickly and affordably. The rollers measure 15x12mm and are specifically suitable for Minarelli engines, such as those found in Yamaha mopeds and scooters.
Made in the EU, so you know the dimensions and weight are correct. The weight of the rollers directly determines the shifting behavior of your variator: lighter rollers provide more acceleration at low speeds, while heavier rollers increase the top speed. 3,0 grams is on the light side and suitable for applications where acceleration is paramount.
Always replace the entire set at the same time to prevent uneven wear and vibrations. During installation, also check the variator cover and the V-belt for wear.
