The Polini variokit (art. 241.687) is an aftermarket variator kit for Kymco 2-stroke scooters and mopeds with a 50cc air- or liquid-cooled engine. A variokit replaces the variator and associated roller weights in a single set, allowing you to optimize the variation — the automatically increasing range between start and top speed — or restore it after wear.

Polini is known for precision-cambered roller weights and a tight vulcanized V-belt surface. This kit is specifically tuned for the horizontal 2-stroke engines used by Kymco in the Agility, Like, Super 8, Super 9, and Vitality 50cc models. Installation tip: replace the V-belt at the same time if it is older than 10.000 km — wear on the belt immediately undermines a new variator kit.
