The original Kymco variator housing (OEM number 22110-LFG1-E00) replaces the worn or damaged outer part of the CVT variator. As an original Kymco part, it matches the factory dimensions exactly, guaranteeing smooth and vibration-free operation of your automatic transmission.
The variator housing encloses the variator weights and absorbs the rotational forces during riding. Wear or damage to this housing leads to irregular weight movement, vibrations, and premature wear of the surrounding variator parts. Timely replacement prevents further damage to the V-belt and the clutch assembly.
During reassembly, also check the condition of the variator weights and the V-belt — a complete overhaul yields the best result.
