Product information
The Polini cooling fin (half pulley) for the Vario is an aftermarket replacement part for mopeds and scooters with a Minarelli engine, mounted both horizontally and vertically. Polini number 244.0124.
The cooling fin is mounted on the front variator pulley (half-pulley) and ensures air circulation around the variator housing while driving. A damaged or broken cooling fin leads to overheating of the variator, which accelerates wear on the V-belt and variator pulley sets. Replace the cooling fin preventively during a variator overhaul.
Compatible with Minarelli engines in both horizontal and vertical configurations, as used in various 50cc mopeds and scooters from Yamaha and other brands with a Minarelli drivetrain.
