The Polini Vario Air Speed cooling fin (art. 244.010) is a replacement or additional cooling fin for the Polini Vario Air Speed variator kit on Minarelli horizontal and vertical 2-stroke engines. The cooling fin provides active air cooling of the variator block while riding, which prevents overheating of the V-belt and roller set — particularly important during city stop-and-go or sporty riding.
Compatible with a wide range of 50cc scooters and mopeds equipped with the Minarelli horizontal or vertical engine block: think of the Yamaha Aerox, MBK Nitro and Booster, Aprilia SR 50, Malaguti F12 and F15, Rieju RS Sport, and dozens of other models from brands such as Benelli, Beta, Italjet, KTM, and Motron. Before installation, always check whether your variator block is the Air Speed version (Polini 244.xxx series).
