The Polini Evolution cooling fan (art. 244.012) ensures optimal cooling of the Polini Evolution variator on scooters and mopeds with a Minarelli horizontal 2-stroke engine. A properly functioning cooling fan prevents overheating of the variator components, which significantly reduces wear on the V-belt and variator rollers.
The part is an aftermarket replacement from Polini, the Italian specialist in 2-stroke drive technology. Installation requires removal of the variator cover — consult your model's workshop manual for the correct torque values.
