The Malossi cooling fin (part number 6118780) is specifically designed for the variator on Minarelli horizontal 100cc 2-stroke engines. The part measures 106mm and ensures better cooling of the variator unit, which reduces wear on the V-belt and variator parts — especially during intensive use or tuning.
Fits several European models with the Minarelli horizontal 100cc 2-stroke engine: Yamaha Aerox 100, BW'S 100 and Neo's 100; MBK Booster 100, Nitro 100 and Ovetto 100; Aprilia Scarabeo 100; Italjet Millennium 100; and Benelli K2 100 (also known as Kanton Benelli).
Installation is a direct replacement for the existing variator. Before installation, check if the engine version matches: Minarelli horizontal, 100cc, 2-stroke.
