The Jasil cooling fin ensures adequate cooling of the variator block on air-cooled scooters and mopeds with an F12r AC engine. Jasil manufactures this part in Europe, resulting in precise dimensional tolerances and robust plastic quality that is highly resistant to the heat surrounding the variator housing.
The cooling fin replaces the original ventilation fin on the variator cover. Installation is via the existing mounting points — no modifications required on compatible models. When installing, ensure the correct tightening torque of the central nut to guarantee vibration-free operation of the fin.
Suitable for CPI, Keeway, and Atlantis scooters and mopeds with an F12r air-cooled engine.
