Product information
This original Piaggio V-belt (OEM number 832738) is the factory specification for the variator of large Piaggio scooters. As a genuine part, this belt guarantees an exact fit, correct width, and the required tension for smooth variator operation — no deviation from the original riding characteristics.
The V-belt fits the Piaggio Beverly 400 and Beverly 500, MP3 400, X8 400, X9 500, and X Evo 400. Outside the Piaggio label, it is also original factory part for the Aprilia Atlantic 500, Atlantic Sprint 400, and Atlantic Sprint 500, the Gilera Nexus 500, and the Scarabeo 400-500 (all Piaggio Group). Model years range from 2001 to 2011, depending on the model.
Replace the V-belt preventively at the recommended maintenance intervals or immediately upon visible wear, cracks, or hardening of the rubber. A worn variator belt manifests itself as delayed acceleration, higher engine speed at the same driving speed, and in the worst case, a sudden loss of drive.
