The Malossi Special V-belt (805 × 17,5 mm, item number 619832) is a high-quality aftermarket drive belt for scooters and mopeds with a Piaggio platform. The belt also fits combinations with non-standard dimensions: 17 × 8 × 802 mm — keep this in mind when comparing the size with an alternative source.
Malossi produces this Special series as a direct replacement for the original belt, with the same profile and width so that you do not need to modify the variator. The belt is suitable for both standard and slightly tuned variator setups.
Replacing a worn V-belt immediately restores driving performance: better acceleration, smooth drive, and less wear on the variator rollers. When installing, also check the condition of the roller set and the clutch cover gaskets.
