The original Piaggio tensioner keeps your CVT transmission V-belt at the correct tension. This is a Piaggio OEM part with part number 1A012076, guaranteeing a direct and fitting replacement without modification.
A worn or damaged tensioner causes the V-belt to slip or wear unevenly, resulting in power loss and ultimately belt breakage. Replace the tensioner preventively during a V-belt service for optimal drive performance and a longer transmission lifespan.
