The Malossi Delta Clutch is a complete clutch kit including housing, designed for Piaggio scooters with a 107 mm clutch diameter. Malossi is known for improved clutch performance compared to standard parts: sharper activation, better heat dissipation, and higher load capacity.
The set fits Piaggio 4-stroke engines, the 4-stroke 3-valve I-get engine, and 2-stroke Piaggio scooters — so one item covers the most common Piaggio engine variants. Malossi item number: 5214738.
Install the clutch dry and adjust the idle clearance after installation. For the 2-stroke version, check whether the ball weight in the variator needs to be retuned to the new clutch behavior.
