Replace your worn or damaged exhaust manifold with this forced 32/30mm exhaust manifold for the Zündapp CS50. The manifold is finished in chrome and manufactured in the EU, ensuring a good fit and solid material quality.
With an intake diameter of 32mm and an exhaust diameter of 30mm, the bend connects precisely to the original exhaust system of the CS50. The forced-air design (also known as an 'expansion chamber' bend) ensures the correct gas flow direction required by the engine type. Manufacturer's fitting number: Z510-22.615.
Note during installation: check that the gasket and clamps are in good condition before installing the bend — a good seal prevents exhaust leakage and performance loss.
