This brake segment spring set (large, 2-piece) is intended as a replacement for the original springs that hold the brake segments in place on classic Kreidler and Zündapp mopeds. Reference number Z517-15.133. A set consists of two springs, allowing you to replace both brake segments at once — convenient for a complete brake overhaul.
In the event of wear or broken segment springs, the brakes lose speed and rebound, making the driving behavior unsafe. Replace the springs together with the segments for optimal braking performance.
