This original 2,65mm Piaggio valve adjustment shim is intended for Piaggio 4-stroke, 4-valve (4T-4V) scooter engines. The shim is used to adjust the valve clearance: the exact thickness determines the correct valve clearance entry between the cam and the valve stem. Original Piaggio part with OEM number CM144322.
When replacing valves or using a cylinder head rebuild kit, you must always measure the valve clearance and select the correct shim if necessary. Thickness 2,65mm — ensure you choose the correct size based on the measured clearance in your engine.
