You use this 2.90mm valve shim to adjust the valve clearance in the cylinder head of Piaggio 4-stroke 4-valve scooters. The correct size is essential: incorrect valve clearance degrades engine performance and can cause damage over time.
Please note: the size indication is on the bottom of the plate, not visible from the top. Always check the size before installation by turning the plate over.
Replace this plate during a periodic valve inspection or after replacement of the valve, valve spring, or cylinder head.
