The Polini diaphragm plate kit (213.0532) replaces the wear-prone diaphragm plates in the intake port of Minarelli 2-stroke engines. Diaphragms are thin lamellar plates that regulate the gas flow through the crankcase; wear or cracks result in a loss of compression, torque, and idle power.

This Polini kit fits a wide range of 50cc scooters and mopeds with Minarelli engines, including the Yamaha Aerox, Neo's, and Jog, the Aprilia SR 50 and Scarabeo 50, the MBK Nitro and Ovetto, and models from Peugeot, Malaguti, Beta, Rieju, Benelli, and Italjet. The Polini diaphragm plate kit is a proven aftermarket choice for maintenance and overhaul of the Minarelli engine unit.

Installation requires disassembling the intake duct; use a new intake gasket when reinstalling to prevent leakage.
