A worn or torn diaphragm causes issues such as poor idling, loss of power, or difficulty starting. This Polini part restores the carburetor response to the original specifications.
For Honda, it fits the Bali 50, DJ 50, Dio 50 (SP, SR, ZX and ZX Orizzontale), Lead 50, SFX 50, SGX 50 Sky, SH 50, Shadow 50, SXR 50, Vision / Met-In and X8R 50. For Peugeot, it is suitable for the Buxy 50, Elyseo 50, Looxor 50, Metal X 50, RS Buxy 50, Speedake 50, Speedfight 50 (both air-cooled and water-cooled H2O), Squab 50, SV Geo 50, TKR 50, TKR Off Road 50, Trekker 50, Vivacity 50, X-Fight 50 and Zenith 50. Furthermore, it is compatible with the SYM DD 50 2T.
During assembly, place the diaphragm back into the carburetor dome flat and without creases to prevent air leakage.
