The DMP curved kickstart shaft is an aftermarket replacement part for scooters and mopeds with a Minarelli vertical engine. The curved version is designed for models where the kickstart pedal geometry does not allow for a straight shaft — think of the Yamaha BWs and MBK Booster.
DMP has been supplying these types of drive parts for years as a reliable aftermarket choice for European and Asian 50cc models with two-stroke Minarelli vertical engines. Before installation, check whether the type (curved) matches the original shaft on your engine block.
