Product information
This DMP-key locks the rotor of the alternator (the flywheel) onto the crankshaft, so that the angle is fixed and the ignition timing is correct. She has it Bosch-model profile according to DIN 6888, with a size of 3x3,7mm, and fits motors with a matching Bosch-type flywheel hub.
The set contains 25 pieces, handy as workshop stock.
A worn or slipped key causes the ignition timing to drift, resulting in power loss or difficulty starting — therefore, replace the key as standard during every crankshaft or flywheel overhaul.
