This retaining ring secures the front sprocket on Zündapp mopeds with a 4- or 5-speed gearbox. The part is identical to Zündapp part number Z276-05.198 and is manufactured in the EU — a reliable replacement for the worn or lost retaining ring.
The set contains 10 pieces, practical for periodic maintenance or restoration of your Zündapp. Retaining rings are easily lost or deformed with every chain change; with a set of 10, you always have one on hand in the workshop.
Replace the retaining ring with every removal of the sprocket — this type of retaining ring is designed for single use and must not be reused.
