This original Yamaha nut (M10x1) is intended for the variator of the Yamaha Aerox 4T and Neo 4T. With the original OEM part number 90170-10011, you can be sure that you have the exact factory specification.
A variator nut is located centrally in the drivetrain and holds the variator in place. Replace it during a variator overhaul or when the existing nut is damaged or worn. Always check the torque before reuse — a new nut is recommended when replacing the variator.
