Guide bushing set front fork 3-piece Zundapp 517 Z517-12.904

This original guide bushing set replaces the worn bushings in the front fork balls of the Zündapp 517. The set consists of three pieces: one long bushing (517-12.114) and two short bushings (517-12.133), with an outer diameter of 34,1 mm. One set is intended per front fork leg — so for a complete overhaul of the front fork, you need two sets.

The bushings ensure tight and play-free guidance of the fork, which directly affects handling and stability. Wear results in a bumpy or loose feeling in the handlebars: this is the part to remedy that.
