This locking plate holds the front sprocket firmly in place and prevents the sprocket from coming loose from the axle while riding. The center-to-center distance between the mounting holes is 30mm, ensuring the plate aligns neatly with the original bolt pattern.
A locking plate is a small but important part: it secures the nut or bolts of the front sprocket and keeps the drive reliable. Replace the plate if the old one is deformed or worn, so that your front sprocket is securely fastened again.
Mount the locking plate with the original bolts and tighten them to the correct torque for proper locking.
