Product information

This Viton crankshaft seal replaces the seal on the left side of the crankshaft on 4-stroke scooters. Viton is a fluoroelastomer that is more resistant to high temperatures and aggressive engine oils than standard NBR seals — a solid choice in case of wear or leakage on the variator side.

The oil seal has dimensions 19.8×30×5 mm (inner diameter × outer diameter × width) and fits 4-stroke scooters with a SYM- or Kymco-engine block, and on Chinese scooters with a GY6-platform (typically 125 cc or 150 cc). Before installation, check the seat size in the engine block to ensure fit accuracy.

Replace the crankshaft seal in case of oil leakage at the variator or visible oil loss along the left side of the engine block.
