This original Piaggio crankshaft oil seal (right) hermetically seals the crankshaft and prevents oil leakage into the crankcase. The seal is made of Viton, a synthetic elastomer that is resistant to fuel, oil, and high temperatures — more durable than standard rubber. Dimensions 28×18×7 mm, suitable for Euro-2 2-stroke engines.
With OEM part number 482315, this is the exact factory specification for Piaggio Group 50cc 2-stroke models from Piaggio, Vespa, Gilera, and Aprilia. When replacing the crankshaft or overhauling the crankcase, always replace the seals as a set (left and right) to prevent future leakage.
