The original throttle cable for the Kymco Vitality 4-stroke is the direct factory replacement for a worn or broken cable. With OEM part number 17910-LBD6-E00, you can be sure that this cable fits exactly and offers the same quality as the original version your scooter left the factory with.
The throttle cable connects the throttle grip to the carburetor. With a stiff or frayed cable, you lose throttle response, or — in the worst case — the throttle valve remains open. This poses an immediate safety risk. Replace the cable at the first sign of stiffness, kinking, or fraying.
Installation is simple: clamp the cable to the throttle grip and carburetor, feed the new cable through the existing piping, and adjust using the adjustment nut on the carburetor.
