Replace the original rear suspension of your Yamaha X-Max with this shock absorber kit from YSS from the G-Gold Edition series (2017 line). YSS is a specialized manufacturer of aftermarket shock absorbers for scooters and motorcycles, and the G-Gold Edition is designed as a direct OEM replacement with improved material processing.
The set has a strut length of 350mm and is tuned to the geometry of the Yamaha X-Max 250cc and X-Max 300. Part number TC302-350T-08-883M. You mount the shock absorbers in pairs — on both sides of the rear axle — without modifications to the frame.
