This complete CDI unit combines a Euro-B rev limiter with a handy remote control, specifically designed for Piaggio 4-stroke 4-valve mopeds and scooters. You can easily switch between two modes: limited to 54 km/h for normal use, or unlimited at 70 km/h for the fast mode — operated via the remote control. Downshifting to the slow mode is done simply by switching off the ignition.
The unit completely replaces the original CDI and fits a wide range of Piaggio and Vespa models with the 4T-4V engine, including the Vespa LX, Vespa S, Primavera, Sprint, Zip, Fly, Centro, and Sportcity. Installation requires basic knowledge of electrical systems; the CDI connects to the vehicle's existing wiring system.
