The Malossi O2 Controller emulator (art. no. 5519600B) replaces or simulates the lambda sensor signal in the fuel injection system of your Yamaha scooter or moped. By emulating the signal, you prevent warning lights from coming on when adjusting or tuning the exhaust and fuel mixture — without the ECU sounding an alarm.
This part is specifically suitable for liquid-cooled 4-stroke Yamaha and MBK models with Euro 3 and Euro 4 classification, including the X-Max 125 (up to and including 2016), X-Max 250 (up to and including 2017), X-City 250, Aerox 4 50cc (2018–), Neo's 4 50cc (2019–) and the MBK Evolis 250. Before installation, check the engine type code on your registration certificate or frame — the compatibility list lists the exact engine codes (e.g. A333E, G3B7E, E3M1E, G362E, G389E, G3B3E).
Installation tip: the emulator is mounted in the existing lambda sensor wiring. Consult the Malossi diagram for the correct connection for your engine type.
