This Mahle-model piston is a reliable aftermarket replacement part for Zündapp mopeds. With a bore of 39 mm and a pin diameter of 12 mm, it is available in size classes A and B, allowing you to choose the correct fit for your cylinder. Includes L-spring (retaining spring for the suction pin) — everything you need for a complete piston assembly is included.
When replacing: check the cylinder bore beforehand with an internal gauge to determine whether size A or B provides the correct clearance. Preferably combine with a new cylinder head gasket for a tight seal after installation.
