Product information
Replace the worn piston in your Zündapp ZR moped with this aftermarket 2-stroke piston. With a diameter of 39mm and a piston pin diameter of 12mm, it fits directly into the original cylinder block. The designation C/D refers to the wear class: before installation, check the piston clearance with a dial gauge to ensure you select the correct size class for your cylinder.
The piston is supplied without piston pin and retaining rings — order these parts separately if necessary. After assembly, tighten the cylinder head evenly to the correct torque to prevent damage to the head gasket.
