Product information
This piston pin (12 mm diameter, 39 mm length) is a replacement part for the cylinder of Zündapp mopeds. The pin connects the piston to the connecting rod and is a wear part that is included as standard during a cylinder overhaul or piston replacement.
Always check the pin for wear and play in the connecting rod bearing before installation. A worn piston pin causes knocking and ticking noises in the cylinder and can lead to further engine damage. If in doubt, replace the pin, piston, and piston rings all at once.
